30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our IPTV service, you can request a refund within 30 days of the initial subscription date.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the service excessively, and the service should be canceled within the first 30 days of your subscription. Refunds will not be processed if the service has been used for more than 50% of the subscription period.
Refunds are not available for renewed subscriptions unless there is an issue with the service that falls under the 30-day guarantee period. Renewals are processed automatically at the end of your subscription term, and it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the service before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
Third-Party Service Charges: If you have made a payment through third-party providers (such as PayPal, bank transfers, etc.), their processing fees are non-refundable.
Promotions or Discounts: Any subscriptions bought using promotional or discount codes may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: After we receive your refund request, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
If there is a failure of service that is not related to your usage, such as technical issues on our end, we may provide a prorated refund based on the downtime of the service. Refunds in these cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you cancel before the renewal date, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period.
